SIP Build UK does not appoint or introduce groundwork contractors. However, we provide the structural engineering information required for accurate foundation set-out.
SIP Build UK does not appoint or introduce groundwork contractors for projects.
However, we do complete the structural engineering for the SIP frame, including the required line and point load information. This engineering information can then be provided to your independent foundation engineer and groundworker.
This ensures the foundation design and set-out are prepared accurately in advance of the SIP superstructure installation, allowing the groundwork contractor to work to the correct dimensions required for the frame.
